<p>The Sundial Beach Resort and Spa is currently seeking a Full Time Safety Supervisor responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members. The position will also help to provide security of the Resort and assets of the Resort while delivering excellent guest service.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Safety Manager by supervising the Safety team members in their day to day tasks </li><li>Provide training to Safety Representatives, and to other resort team members </li><li>Be able to lead and direct team members and guests during emergencies </li><li>Must be able to investigate and write reports of incidents and complaints reported by our guests and team members </li><li>Must be able to work and interact with other departments and main a positive working relationship </li><li>Must be able to grasp and work with the Visionline Key System, Lost and Found, and MS Shift </li><li>CPR/First Aid/AED certification is essential; must be able to respond to all Emergencies and Medical Issues reported </li><li>Will be required to write and file reports of incidents/accidents with Workers Compensation and our Insurance Carriers </li><li>Must be able to maintain a positive working relationship with the Sanibel Police and Fire Departments </li><li>Verbal and written communications skills are essential; Report Writing is an integral function of the position </li><li>Should possess reasonable" powers of observation"; will be useful while conducting shift patrols. All security risks observed must be reported </li><li>Have complete knowledge of all policies, standards and procedures of the department </li><li>Be familiar with resort services, amenities, and outlets </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work area </li><li>Available to work assignments outside of associate's customary work schedule.
