<p>Role Overview</p> <p>The AI Strategy Leader will serve as a strategic advisor, technical expert, and innovation catalyst for enterprise AI initiatives. This role combines deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies with strong business acumen to guide organizations on adopting, scaling, and governing AI solutions responsibly. The strategist will lead discovery, solution design, and implementation oversight of AI-driven transformations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li>AI Strategy & Technology Leadership </li></ol> <ul> <li>Define enterprise-level AI strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends. </li><li>Identify AI/ML opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enable new digital capabilities. </li><li>Guide decision makers on technology selection, architecture patterns, and AI platform roadmaps. </li><li>Establish AI governance frameworks covering ethics, compliance, model lifecycle, and risk mitigation. </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Solution Design & Architecture </li></ol> <ul> <li>Architect end-to-end AI solutions using modern tools (LLMs, Agentic AI, LLMOps, cloud-native AI, etc). </li><li>Lead technical assessments, feasibility studies, and PoCs for emerging AI technologies. </li><li>Ensure architectural scalability, performance, and security across AI systems. </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>AI Implementation Leadership </li></ol> <ul> <li>Oversee AI model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. </li><li>Provide hands-on guidance on prompt engineering, RAG design, model fine-tuning, and responsible AI practices. </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and business SMEs. </li><li>Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business value expectations. </li></ul> <ol start="4"> <li>Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting </li></ol> <ul> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, explaining complex AI concepts in business-friendly language. </li><li>Conduct workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs to build AI literacy across the organization. </li><li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable implementation plans. </li><li>Develop proposals, business cases, and ROI models for AI investments. </li></ul> <ol start="5"> <li>Innovation & Thought Leadership </li></ol> <ul> <li>Monitor global AI trends, tools, and industry use cases to bring innovative solutions to clients. </li><li>Publish internal/external whitepapers, frameworks, and accelerators supporting AI adoption. </li><li>Mentor junior consultants, engineering teams, and client stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Experience</p> <p>Technical Expertise</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of GenAI, large language models (LLMs), Agentic AI, cloud AI services, and MLOps practices. </li><li>Experience wit h cloud AI and Data services. </li><li>Solid grounding in NLP, Computer Vision, predictive modeling, and data engineering fundamentals. </li><li>Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and model evaluation techniques. </li></ul> <p>Consulting & Leadership Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience delivering AI programs in consulting or enterprise environments. </li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams. </li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive decision-making in complex environments. </li><li>Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Attributes</p> <ul> <li>Innovative thinker passionate about emerging AI technologies. </li><li>Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills. </li><li>Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. </li><li>Demonstrated thought leadership-speaking, writing, or mentoring around AI topics. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $150,000 to $165,000 per year</p>
