You'll play a key role in keeping our job sites organized, sanitary, and homeowner-ready throughout the renovation process:</p> <ul> <li>Perform daily housekeeping and post-construction cleaning in occupied residential units </li><li>Execute tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and debris removal </li><li>Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and hazard-free environment </li><li>Communicate and coordinate with teams </li><li>Follow site-specific safety protocols and cleanliness guidelines </li><li>Represent SageWater with a professional attitude and respectful conduct </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality </li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with high standards for cleanliness </li><li>Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and stay on task </li><li>Team player with a positive, solutions-driven attitude </li><li>Comfortable working in occupied homes and active construction zones </li><li>Daily reliable transportation to various job sites on O'ahu </li><li>Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. </li><li>Ability to pass a background check </li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening </li><li>Available for full-time, weekday work (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM) </li><li>Must currently reside on O'ahu - No relocation provided </li></ul> <p>Location Requirement:</p> <p>This position is based on O'ahu, Hawaii.
