<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Business Process Management Consultant is responsible for providing expert-level guidance, structure, direction, consultation, and leadership for the organization's overarching business process management program. Primary responsibilities include clarifying responsibility for the processes, clearly defining process boundaries, and establishing process measurements for effective management and improvement opportunities. This is advanced level work that requires applying the highest levels of theoretical and practical knowledge regarding business processes.</p> <p>This position will evaluate, monitor and control business processes across the organization ensuring that outcomes are in harmony with the organization's strategic goals. The focus is on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results and help the organization to meet its business objectives and goals. This position will work collaboratively across all areas of the organization to help improve the management of business processes.</p> <p>In addition, this role is a "leader of change" and empowered to think differently about all our business processes. This will be achieved by "leading change" with colleagues, through collaboration and strong communication, analytical assessment of the potential to improve the design and implementation of new ways of working, helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of process management, and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation.</p> <p>For more information, please review the position description.</p> <p>Salary Information</p> <p>This position is in classification IS Business Automation Consultant/Administrator (pay schedule/range 07-32), with an annual salary of $104000 - $123468, plus excellent benefits.</p> <p>Pay for current and new state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan in effect at the time of appointment.</p> <p>To learn more about ETF's total compensation package, please visit our Total Rewards Calculator!</p> <p>Job Details</p> <p>ETF offers hybrid remote/office work. If interested in hybrid remote/office work, this can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. The selected employee(s) must report to ETF's office on the first day of employment. In addition, the employee may need to report to ETF on short notice as operational needs require. All employees are expected to be headquartered and work within the state of Wisconsin.</p> <p>ETF does not sponsor work visas. Any appointment made will be contingent on the applicant being able to prove valid status to work in the United States.</p> <p>Prior to any appointments for position(s) filled from this announcement, candidates may be subject to a comprehensive criminal background check to determine whether the circumstances of any conviction may be related to the duties required of the position.</p> <p>A 1-year probationary period may be required.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimally Qualified candidates will have experience in all the following:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership, facilitation and/or coordination of business process management and business and/or system analysis in alignment with organizational strategic direction. </li><li>Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders in efforts to improve business processes and operational efficiency </li><li>Training and guiding others on the use of business process management methodologies and tools </li><li>Experience using process mapping technology (e.g., Visio) to create process models, workflow diagrams, etc. </li></ul> <p>In addition, Highly Qualified candidates will also have experience with some of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Business Process Management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification </li><li>Working with government and/or employee benefit plans (e.g., retirement, insurance, disability, etc.) </li><li>Experience with large system implementations (e.g., pension administration, enterprise resource management, customer relationship management, etc.) </li></ul> <p>How To Apply</p> <p>To apply, click "Apply for Job" to start the application process.
