Our programs deeply engage in conversations and training on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Maintain caseload of 3-6 clients </li><li>Meet with clients and caregivers on a regular basis to provide time-limited, individualized, and behaviorally focused mental health support services to youth and their families to further treatment goals and ensure successful transition of clients and their families </li><li>Collaborate with the treatment team members to provide crisis intervention and mental health services </li><li>Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with all treatment team members including participation in treatment reviews, IEP meetings, and other client related meetings </li><li>Coordinate and implement overall services and treatment for assigned clients, including assessment, treatment planning, evaluation of progress, and termination </li><li>Complete treatment plans, functional behavioral assessments, progress notes, monthly reports, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner </li><li>Maintain accurate and complete client charts and records to county and agency standards </li><li>Participate in weekly individual and group supervision and all program meetings and trainings </li><li>Maintain accurate paperwork including but not limited to time sheets and mileage reimbursement </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education/Experience requirements:</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree OR</p> </li><li> <p>Associate's degree or equivalent + 1 year of applicable experience OR</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable experience</p> </li><li> <p>Applicable experience can include paid or unpaid experience working with youth or families or working in the social services field</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual in English and Spanish required</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evening hours as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Must be at least 21 years of age</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy</p> </li><li> <p>TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements</p> </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED</p> <ul> <li>Experience providing crisis assessment, management, and interventions </li><li>Experience writing progress notes and other therapeutic documentation </li></ul> <p>SCHEDULE</p> <ul> <li>Full-time; Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm </li><li>Hybrid; Flexible work hours </li><li>In person meeting with clients </li><li>Remotely can hold internal meetings and documentation </li><li>Driving all through Contra Costa County </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li>Starting at $28.40 - $30.90 per hour, commensurate with experience </li><li>Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam </li><li>Salary increases each year </li><li>Mileage reimbursement </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package: </li><li>Medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, acupuncture, fertility coverage </li><li>Long-term disability, family leave, and life insurance </li><li>50% paid premiums for dependents </li><li>403b Retirement Plan </li><li>Employer-paid Employee Assistance Plan </li><li>5 weeks of Paid Time Off and 11 Paid Holidays </li><li>Seneca is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness certified employer </li><li>Promotional opportunities across the agency in California and Washington </li></ul>
