Let's make that impact together.</p> <p>As a Patent Agent here at Advanced Materials, you will play a crucial role in protecting and managing our intellectual property assets. You will partner with IP professionals and the R&D organization to develop and implement IP strategies to safeguard Honeywell's innovations. Your expertise in patent and trademark laws will be essential in managing the IP portfolio and providing guidance to business units on IP matters.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive patent and trademark clearance searches and analyze prior art </li><li>Partner with internal and external patent attorneys to draft and file high-quality patent applications </li><li>Manage the patent and trademark applications through the prosecution process </li><li>Collaborate with inventors and technical teams to understand inventions and draft patent specifications </li><li>Manage and maintain the patent and trademark portfolios </li><li>Provide guidance and support on patent and trademark -related matters </li></ul> <p>In October 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of its Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Until that is finalized, you will be an employee of Honeywell.
