Buffett, acquired Precision Castparts Corp.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Position is responsible for all commercial elements of multiple manufacturing sites (Worcester MA and Brighton MI). This individual will manage all aspects of sales and customer satisfaction, including site profitably at the top line (net margin before manufacturing variances) as it relates to the sale of forgings to commercial and military accounts.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Manages a contract administration, responsible for all inside sales functions for the site. </li><li>Responsible for implementing sales strategies that maximize profit margin, delivery integrity, and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Prepare budgetary sales and margin forecasts for the site and establish internal goals that ensure compliance with all budgetary obligations. </li><li>Responsible for managing all administrative/inside sales functions related to customer satisfaction from order entry to delivery of finished product. </li><li>Manages and develops relationships with customer base which ultimately support the needs of the operation. </li><li>Expected to be very knowledgeable of the market, customer base, competitors, and products - must be able to identify and leverage elements of the site's business to maximize profits and ensure compliance with budgetary obligations. </li><li>Must understand contractual terms and conditions of sale and how they </li></ul>
