<p>This senior professional civilian position resides within the Leesburg Police Department and reports to the Deputy Chief of Police. The Senior Management & Budget Analyst serves as the Department's lead analyst for budget formulation and oversight, grants management, and financial program evaluation. The incumbent operates with a high degree of independence and judgment to oversee and execute strategic financial initiatives that support the Department's mission. This position assumes responsibility for preparing complex financial reports and data presentations, conducting financial risk analysis, and managing large-scale grant programs.
