<p>Job#: 3027586</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Cybersecurity Program Analyst</p> <p>Location: Alexandria, Virginia (Hybrid)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract to Perm</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a Cybersecurity Program Analyst to support a key federal client. This mid-to-senior level position involves assisting the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) implementation team from a policy standpoint. The role requires providing analysis, facilitating meetings, and briefing senior-level stakeholders on the certification process for personnel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support the Cybersecurity Maturity Module Implementation team by assisting with the certification process from a policy perspective. </li><li>Draft executive and senior-level correspondence and materials to support decision-making. </li><li>Develop technical documents, including organizational policies and strategies. </li><li>Facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items. </li><li>Conduct analysis on individuals applying for the CMMC certification. </li><li>Brief and communicate effectively with C-suite level executives and senior government officials. </li><li>Take detailed notes during high-level meetings. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Education: A Bachelor of Science degree is required.</p> <p>Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience providing services for the Federal government or in Federal advising is required. This includes experience in cybersecurity or information assurance, supporting federal organizations, and performing action officer duties.</p> <p>Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance, or higher.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with NIST SP 800 series publications (e.g., 800-37, 800-53, 800-171, 800-172). </li><li>Experience with intelligence or risk analysis, including assessing threats and vulnerabilities. </li><li>Professional cyber certifications (e.g., CCISO, Security+, CASP+, CISM, CISSP, GSLC). </li><li>Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>The salary for this position is $135,000 annually.
