<p>Description</p> <p>As an Employee Benefits intern at MEDITECH, you will help facilitate our comprehensive Staff Benefits Program. In this internship role, you will be exposed to all Benefits functions including fringe tracking, insurance, tuition reimbursement, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, the candidate will assist with all requests for staff changes, including titles, reporting structures, work schedules, beneficiaries, addresses, Part Time and Full Time statuses, and promotions as they are received.</p> <p>This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience at a leading Electronic Health Record vendor.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Major or concentration in Human Resources or Accounting </li><li>A strong academic background; in good academic standing </li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills </li><li>Interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) </li></ul> <p>Hiring salary range: $19 per hour.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role which includes a blend of in-office and remote work as designated by the management team.</p> <p>In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
