Apply online: Delaware Schools Consortium - Frontline Recruitment</p> <p>Salary: Salary schedule can be found on the district website: https://www.christinak12.org/cms/lib/DE50000539/Centricity/Domain/130/FY2025%20Operation%20Specialists%20Table%20v.1.pdf</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>30+ postsecondary education credits in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field or four years of any combination of accounting/clerical work with experience in accounting, bookkeeping or statistical duties </li><li>Working experience in the State of Delaware's First State Financial System (FSF) required. </li><li>Proficiency in common office productivity software such as MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. </li><li>Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills. </li><li>Knowledge of state, federal and district procurement laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. </li><li>Knowledge of the methods, techniques, principles and practices of purchasing. </li><li>Strong spreadsheet and financial software skills. </li><li>Knowledge in contract development, negotiations, bid specifications and proposal evaluation. </li><li>Knowledge of negotiation methods and techniques. </li><li>Knowledge of state rules, regulations and district policies and procedures related to PCard purchases. </li><li>Knowledge of state rules and district policies and procedures related to personal reimbursements. </li><li>Skills in preparing, tracking, and analyzing programmatic budgets. </li><li>Test Performance Standards </li><li>Typing: 45 wpm </li><li>Math: 62% success rate </li><li>Proofreading: 60% success rate </li><li>Excel: 60% success rate </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist Specialist I in the Business Office to supports schools, programs and departments with procurement subject matter. </li><li>Assist in the RFP and bidding process. </li><li>Manages existing contracts to ensure compliance with terms of contract. </li><li>Monitor and update the RFP Bidding database. </li><li>Maintains energy budget, which includes processing all utility invoices. </li><li>Review and analyze financial documents to ensure compliance with State Laws and District policies and procedures. </li><li>Provide assistance to administrators and secretaries to review, reconcile and balance budgets. </li><li>Track, monitor and renew copy leases as necessary and process all invoices. </li><li>Process tuition reimbursements. </li><li>Review and analyze support documentation for personal reimbursement. </li><li>Coordinator and reconciler for the District PCard. </li><li>Processes payroll-funding adjustments when necessary. </li><li>Train and supervise peers and new hires when necessary. </li><li>Exercise good judgment and confidentiality in conformance with District policy. </li><li>Perform other related tasks and assume other related responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>CHRISTINA SCHOOL DISTRICT</p> <p>Human Resources Office</p> <p>1899 S.
