In short, we build solutions that set the benchmark for steam utilization worldwide.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Materials Handler is responsible for accurate receiving, storing, and picking of materials to support both manufacturing and customer order fulfillment. This position ensures that inventory records are maintained with precision and that all physical movements are accurately reflected in the system. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Accurately receive inbound materials by verifying the kind, count, and condition of materials against purchase orders or invoices. Bring any discrepancies to the attention of supervision. </li><li>Ensure system transactions match physical movements to maintain flawless inventory records and support our strict quality standards. </li><li>Prepare components for storage from the receiving dock. Put materials into storage locations and pick shop orders to replenish Kanbans for manufacturing. </li><li>Pick customer orders from the Stores area and pack them to ensure accuracy and protect products from damage during shipment. </li><li>Collaborate with the production team and supervisors to understand various production areas and materials required. Demonstrate critical thinking to troubleshoot variances and ensure assembly lines are set up with the needed materials before startup. </li><li>Ensure safety and environmental compliance by adhering to general safety, security, and environmental regulations. </li><li>Adhere to 6S objectives to maintain a clean and organized work environment. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience</p> <ul> <li>Equivalent experience or High School graduate. </li><li>1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Forklift Certification preferred </li><li>Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly learn industry-specific software. </li><li>Experience with Demand Flow Technology (DFT) manufacturing is a plus. </li><li>Sitting: <30% </li><li>Standing/Walking: >70% </li><li>Lifting: >50 lbs. </li><li>Ability to work in warehouse setting </li></ul> <p>Join us and be part of an outstanding team where your efforts will help us compete and succeed in the global market.
