Malibu Boats is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Data - a visionary, hands-on technical leader who's passionate about architecting powerful, modern data ecosystems that fuel performance, insight, and growth.</p> <p>If you thrive at the intersection of data engineering, systems integration, and leadership, this is your opportunity to shape how data drives the business from the factory floor to the boardroom.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>You'll lead a talented team of database engineers and developers to:</p> <ul> <li>Architect and manage enterprise data warehouse and data mart solutions. </li><li>Build and optimize data pipelines connecting ERP, MES, CRM, and other business systems. </li><li>Integrate systems across manufacturing, finance, and operations using modern ETL/ELT and API tools. </li><li>Ensure security, reliability, and performance across all database environments. </li><li>Collaborate with business and IT leaders to design solutions that drive smarter, faster decision-making. </li><li>Champion continuous improvement - from data modeling and governance to automation and analytics enablement. </li></ul> <p>You'll play a pivotal role in Malibu's digital transformation, connecting systems, people, and insights to deliver the next wave of innovation.</p> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>8+ years in Information Technology, with 5+ years in data, analytics, or integration roles. </li><li>2+ years of leadership experience guiding high-performing technical teams. </li><li>Deep expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, ETL/ELT tools (Azure Data Factory, Boomi, Informatica, etc.). </li><li>Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and security. </li><li>Experience integrating ERP, MES, CRM, and manufacturing systems. </li><li>Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS) and BI familiarity (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). </li><li>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do spirit. </li></ul> <p>?
