Assist the Service Sales Manager with the Management of the backlog and communicate with the management teams of the Boon Edam customers. In addition to supporting service work, the Service Sales Administrator will promote for the Boon Edam Service Centers the selling of preventative maintenance, service contracts and service agreements when applicable. Provide quotes for the renewal of the contracts, obtain the necessary purchase orders and documentations to assist the finance team to invoice. Process the orders in the finance program to create sales orders for invoicing.
