<p>GENERAL OBJECTIVES:</p> <p>Assist the Director of Construction with project coordination, interior furnishings, furniture inventory management, office renovations, and campus signage.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Detail oriented. </li><li>Work well with people in order to complete projects. </li><li>Able to follow through with a project to completion. </li><li>Adept at handling multiple projects at one time. </li><li>Able to schedule and coordinate work and deliveries to meet deadlines. </li></ul> <p>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Director of Construction in all institutional construction operations on the DBU main campus. </li><li>Assist the Director of Construction to maintain, schedule, and oversee the effecting use and operation of all DBU construction equipment. </li><li>Assist the Director of Construction to maintain institutional compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing construction and safety compliance. </li><li>Assist the Director of Construction to maintain detailed records and plans on all remodel or construction projects. </li><li>Assist the Director of Construction to Maintain financial records to ensure effective use of the allotted department and project funds. </li></ul> <p>WORK SCHEDULE:</p> <p>Regular hours between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, but regularly flexible hours will be required.</p> <p>WORK LOCATION:</p> <p>This position will work on the main campus, located at 3000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.</p> <ul> <li>Must be a Christian who is a member of a church that holds Jesus Christ to be their Savior and Lord, and who holds solely the Old Testament and the New Testament as sacred Scriptures. </li><li>DBU requires employees to follow all University policies and procedures, which exist to support the Christian mission of DBU and includes, but is not limited to, a Christian Code of Conduct.
