<p>Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa is seeking a skilled and motivated E-Games Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic gaming machines. This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of gaming technologies while collaborating with vendors and internal teams. You'll be at the heart of casino operations, ensuring machines are functioning flawlessly and efficiently. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and being part of a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, this is the role for you.</p> <ul> <li>Execute machine moves, game conversions, installations, and floor upgrades </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair electronic gaming machines from multiple manufacturers </li><li>Perform preventative maintenance and ensure all equipment operates safely </li><li>Assist vendors with machine diagnostics and repairs </li><li>Conduct RAM clears and patch game software as needed </li><li>Install and prepare all gaming equipment for operation </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory of parts and order supplies as necessary </li><li>Respond promptly to service calls on the casino floor </li><li>Perform minor repairs on ticket redemption kiosks and ATMs (with supervision as needed) </li><li>Use hand tools, electrical test equipment, and diagnostic tools effectively </li><li>Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and other departments </li><li>Support disposal and replacement of outdated gaming machines </li><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas </li><li>Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and gaming regulations </li><li>Provide excellent guest service and maintain positive working relationships </li><li>Assist in guiding or mentoring junior technicians as needed </li><li>Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call assignments </li><li>High School Diploma or GED required </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of slot technician or equivalent electronics experience </li><li>Completion of IGT courses (MT321, MT412, MT413, MT451, MT512, NG710, MT103, AG400, AG143) preferred </li><li>Experience with electronic gaming machines (E-Games) strongly preferred </li><li>Ability to obtain ticket redemption kiosk and ATM service training </li><li>Strong troubleshooting and technical repair skills </li><li>Basic computer literacy and familiarity with diagnostic systems </li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle </li><li>Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and obtain gaming license </li><li>Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods </li><li>Willingness to work in a casino environment, including exposure to noise and smoke </li><li>Flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed </li></ul>
