<p>Compensation Program Lead</p> <p>We are thrilled to partner with Arkema in their search for a Compensation Program Lead.</p> <p>The Compensation Program Lead serves as an expert-level compensation professional within the compensation organization responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing compensation programs that support the organization's business and talent strategies. This role leads complex compensation projects, advises HR and business leaders on pay practices, and ensures programs are market-competitive, legally compliant, and aligned with the company's compensation philosophy.</p> <p>The primary focuses of this role will be to provide project leadership to supporting the continued harmonization of the annual bonus program, build workforce compensation structures and coordinate efforts with Arkema's Mexico, Canada and Brazil entities to drive an Americas approach to compensation management.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Project Leadership & Strategic Consultation</p> <ul> <li>Lead various Compensation Projects in relation to harmonization or optimization of base, bonus and/or equity initiatives. Collaborate closely with HRIS, Finance, and Talent Management to ensure compensation practices and data are integrated across systems and aligned with broader HR and business priorities. </li><li>Act as a strategic advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation planning, program design, and complex job evaluations. Anticipate change management efforts which may be needed to ensure successful adoption by the greater organization of compensation programs and initiatives. </li><li>Guide compensation components of organizational design, M&A integrations, and global or regional harmonization efforts as applicable. </li></ul> <p>Compensation Program Design & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Lead the design, modeling, and implementation of compensation structures and programs, including base salary, incentive plans, and job architecture frameworks. </li><li>Oversee the development and refinement of salary ranges, pay policies, and compensation tools based on market data, trends, and business strategy for assigned job family and/or client groups. </li><li>Serve as the lead on high-impact projects (e.g., job leveling frameworks, career pathing, geographic differentials, pay transparency initiatives). </li></ul> <p>Advanced Analysis, Compliance & Policy</p> <ul> <li>Conduct advanced compensation analyses, including enterprise-wide pay equity assessments, competitiveness reviews, and compensation cost modeling. </li><li>Interpret regulatory requirements and ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency, pay equity laws). </li><li>Stay current on compensation best practices, trends, and legislation; recommend enhancements to improve program effectiveness and competitiveness. </li></ul> <p>Mentor Compensation Team</p> <ul> <li>Mentor or guide less experienced compensation analysts as needed, providing input on methodologies and deliverables without formal people management responsibilities. </li><li>Promote consistency and knowledge-sharing across the compensation team by advising on tools and approaches. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant compensation experience, including strategic program design and compensation consulting in mid- to large-sized organizations. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in leading complex analyses and compensation projects across multiple business units or functions. </li><li>Experience working with global compensation programs with preference to the Americas (United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Chile). </li><li>Experience working with hourly workforce experience, with compensation experience in the manufacturing industry strong preferred. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. </li><li>Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar designation is strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data. </li><li>Solid business acumen and understanding of compensation's role in talent strategy. </li><li>Proven ability to lead compensation projects and manage competing priorities. </li><li>Effective consulting and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of market pricing, survey methodology, and pay equity practices. </li><li>Familiarity with compensation regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency laws). </li><li>Proficiency with Enterprise HRIS technology (SuccessFactors preferred). </li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. </li><li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across HR, Finance, and business teams. </li><li>Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment. </li><li>Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., CompAnalyst, PayFactors, MarketPay). </li><li>Strong data analysis, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills </li></ul> <p>Juno Search Partners and Arkema Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
