<p>Job Summary</p> <p>Level III Press Operators are responsible for the production of a quality product in the most efficient manner possible.</p> <p>Principle Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Full knowledge of completing press set-up and changeover.</p> </li><li> <p>Capable of running 4-color process jobs without assistance.</p> </li><li> <p>Mix Pantone ink colors.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure quality in the items they produce.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform weekly periodic maintenance of all equipment used in Production and maintain PM log.</p> </li><li> <p>Notify the Production Supervisor of any problems or questions with equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Be agile, moving to where the work is if necessary and as directed by the Production Supervisor.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep production area clean, neat, and organized.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with pre-production individuals as a team, and with respect.</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively and efficiently manage time.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma/GED preferred but not required</p> </li><li> <p>Successful experience in the print or packaging industry. Time in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Capability to work in Finishing and Press Operator Levels I & II</p> </li><li> <p>Press Operators must be able to pass a test for color vision deficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be 18 years of age or older</p> </li></ul> <p>The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
