<p>FlexStaff is seeking a Mandarin speaker for a Customer Service Representative position with our client, who handles class action administration resources for their clients.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm</p> <p>Location: New Hyde Park</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Answer inbound and make outbound calls promptly and courteously. </li><li>Provide accurate, scripted information to callers. </li><li>Use active listening skills and demonstrate empathy. </li><li>De-escalate upset callers. </li><li>Utilize software, databases, and scripts effectively. </li><li>Meet performance and quality metrics. </li><li>Participate in training and implement new information. </li><li>Adhere to company policies. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be fluent in English and Mandarin </li><li>Excellent communication skills and commitment to script adherence. </li><li>Active listening and strong verbal/written communication. </li><li>Understanding of class action lawsuits and settlements. </li><li>Ability to apply training and use scripted information. </li><li>Strong time management and decision-making skills. </li><li>Proficiency with computers, CRM software, databases, and typing. </li><li>Adaptability and ability to handle ambiguity and change. </li><li>Additional Salary Detail </li></ul> <p>The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
