With more than 120 locations and 750 medical professionals facilitating nearly a million patient visits a year, NSPC is the healthcare brand more people trust for access to pain relief providers than any other.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Anticipate and support the needs and preferences of the Provider(s) and patients by managing daily patient flow and acting as a constant liaison between the Provider(s) and patients. </li><li>Monitor clinical messages by effectively communicating information to the Provider(s) and relaying associated responses back to patients. </li><li>Organize, clean, and prepare exam, procedure, and recovery rooms before and after each patient. </li><li>Take and record patients' vitals, noting any changes or areas of concern. </li><li>Complete documentation for patient charts by obtaining diagnostic studies (e.g., labs, X-rays, path reports, etc.); reviewing current medications, dosage, and dosage schedule; noting any allergies; and recording Provider(s') orders and prescriptions. </li><li>Provide patients with any needed discharge/follow-up instructions, educational brochures, and dietary requirements </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Paid time off (PTO) & 8 company paid holidays </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>401k with employer matching </li><li>Competitive health, vision and dental benefits </li><li>Employer paid long term disability benefits </li><li>Pet Wellness coverage, legal assistance and identity protection </li><li>Mental Health resources and other employee related wellness opportunities through our Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Tickets at Work- savings on favorite brands, travel, tickets, dining and more! </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma, GED or equivalent </li><li>Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred OR a minimum of two (2) years of clinical Medical Assistant experience, preferably in a specialty practice. </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years of clinical Medical Assistant experience, preferably in a specialty practice. </li><li>Knowledge of and experience with EMR and/or Electronic Practice Management systems and technologies </li></ul> <p>Come join our family of dedicated medical professionals!
