The candidate for this position will have experience with lesson planning, assessing, using data to direct instruction, and providing students with regular feedback about their progress towards learning goals. The Lynn Public Schools curriculum is based on the MA Curriculum Frameworks, and the teacher will have knowledge about the standards and their progression in order to plan effective standards-based lessons. The teacher will be responsible for following the district's curriculum map. Specific job details, including grade level, course, and class organization, will be shared by the principal.</p> <p>SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Planning and implementing standards-based lessons with clear objectives</p> </li><li> <p>This individual is accountable for the teaching and supervision of students in the Culinary Arts - Chapter 74 Massachusetts state frameworks and curriculum disciplines under the direction of the CTE Director.</p> </li><li> <p>Providing appropriate and effective learning experiences for students from a wide range of socio-economic levels and cultural backgrounds</p> </li><li> <p>Designing and demonstrating differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students.
