These roles are integral to ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facilities.</p> <p>CURRENT OPENINGS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>CUSTODIAN - Part Time hours Weeknights 1st and 2nd Shift</p> </li><li> <p>CUSTODIAN TECHNICIAN (Supervisor) - Part Time hours Weeknights 2nd Shift</p> </li></ul> <p>CUSTODIAN - $15.50 PER HOUR - GENERAL CLEANING, SANITIZING, AND SEASONAL GROUNDS CARE OF THE ASSIGNED FACILTY.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>One year prior experience in custodial work is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent human relation skills and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to report and record maintenance requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.</p> </li></ul> <p>CUSTODIAN TECHNICIAN (Supervisor)- $18.94 PER HOUR - SHIFT LEAD, BASIC REPAIRS, GENERAL CLEANING, SANITIZING, AND SEASONAL GROUNDS CARE OF THE ASSIGNED FACILTY.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>One year prior experience in custodial work preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior supervisory experience is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent human relation skills and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to report and record maintenance requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.</p> </li></ul> <p>Part Time Perks - FREE single membership and paid sick leave!</p>
