Position Overview Accuris is looking for a curious, motivated HR Intern to join our People team this summer. Starting June 1st for 9-10 weeks, you'll get hands-on exposure across HR Operations, Recruiting, and Employer Branding - including how we're leveraging AI tools like Claude to modernize and scale our people processes. This is a great opportunity to build practical HR skills in a fast-moving tech company. Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, HRIS data entry, and record-keeping.</p> <p>Assist the recruiting team with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.</p> <p>Help explore and implement AI-powered workflows (using tools like Claude) to improve HR efficiency and reduce manual work.</p> <p>Contribute to employer branding efforts including content ideas, career page updates, and social media support.</p> <p>Assist with employee experience initiatives and internal communications.</p> <p>Help maintain compliance documentation and HR process guides.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.</p> <p>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.</p> <p>Interest in how AI and technology can improve HR processes is a big plus.</p> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p> <p>Growth Opportunities</p> <p>Mentorship from experienced HR professionals with a clear pathway to full-time People Operations or Talent Acquisition roles for top performers.</p> <p>Location: I-25 and 225 - Hybrid (3x per week in Denver office) What We Offer This internship offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.00/hour.
