Rising Ground is headquartered in New York City</p> <p>Job Summary: Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Program Director, the Preventive (FFT) Interventionist Supervisor shall serve as a line supervisor. FFT Interventionist Supervisors coach, support, and guide case planners through the implementation and delivery of the FFT (Functional Family Therapy) model. All components and stages of the FFT model will be followed, beginning with the Engagement and Motivation Phase, through the Generalization Phase. FFT Supervisors will always be assessing for risk and safety factors. They will ensure that we provide quality services to families. FFT Supervisors are to supervise teams, as assigned, and perform other job-related tasks and duties. FFT Supervisors will ensure that all fidelity measures for Functional Family Therapy are met. This includes keeping up to date on the new timeline that has been created for them, which encompasses all the Functional Family Therapy documentation. FFT Supervisor's attendance is a critical factor as it sets an example for workers, as well as providing stability for the units. However, their schedule must include flexibility as this is not always a 9-5 position. FT Supervisor will provide FFT to a maximum of 5 families at a time who reside in Bronx, NY.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervisors will ensure that Case planners maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback in CSS, and that demonstrate compliance with the model and NYS Connection System requirements. </li><li>Supervisors will ensure that case planner's progress notes are entered within 5 business days and follow the FFT template. Each case will be reviewed with case planner a minimum of once per month. Progress notes will be reviewed in preparation for case review. It is the Supervisor's responsibility to review the weekly contact grid to make sure all fidelity measures are being met and coincide with contacts entered PROMIS, as well as every child being seen. </li><li>Supervisors will provide individual staff supervision once a week. Focusing on staff development, which encompasses the coaching competencies of a Functional Family Interventionist. Supervisors will also conduct weekly group consultation and supervision for their unit. </li><li>Supervisors will enter supervisory progress notes into CONNX, on a monthly basis. They will follow many of the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) criteria, as well as ACS mandates. </li><li>Supervisors will review all FASPs prior to submission to ACS. They will ensure that they are completed accurately and submitted on time. Supervisors will ensure FASP submissions for their unit adhere to internal timelines. </li><li>Supervisors will provide Family Therapy sessions, which are held weekly and are in person, in the client's home. Caseload max is 5 families, residing in the Bronx. </li><li>Supervisors are expected to communicate with ACS personnel, case managers, PPRS liaison officers, school personnel, court officials and other mental health professionals, as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BA in Social Work or other related mental health bachelor's degree </li><li>2 years' experience at a Preventive Service agency </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills. </li><li>Minimum three years of demonstrated successful supervisory experience preferred. </li><li>Ability to work effectively as a member of a team. </li><li>Good planning, organization, and priority-setting skills, </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibility: Yes</p> <p>Work Environment: Hybrid</p> <p>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full time position, scheduled appropriate to the needs of client and families. This position calls for a thirty-five (35) hour work week, but more than 35 hours per week may from time to time be required.</p> <p>Travel (if required): Travel requirements may include travel from Rising Ground sites and various locations. Work-related travel expenses will be reimbursed by agency.</p> <p>Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to complete all standard administrative and support tasks including but not limited to climbing up and down stairs, operation of computers/phones/fax/printer/copy machine, and the ability to lift boxes, furniture, and equipment up to 50lbs.
