<span><h3 dir="ltr"><span>Position Summary:</span></h3><p dir="ltr"><span>Sustainable Connexions International is seeking a passionate, organized, and culturally responsive Program Facilitator to lead its signature youth development program, "Through the Eyes of Youth." This position plays a key role in guiding youth through a photography-based curriculum designed to explore identity, culture, global citizenship and servant leadership.</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span>The ideal candidate is youth-focused, proactive, resourceful, and skilled in relationship-building with both students and parents. A background or interest in photography is strongly preferred. The facilitator will support all aspects of program implementation—including curriculum facilitation, outreach, supply procurement, program documentation, and international service-learning trips.</span></p><p></p><h3 dir="ltr"><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></h3><h4 dir="ltr"><span>Program Facilitation & Administration</span></h4><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Deliver and adapt the "Through the Eyes of Youth" curriculum to diverse groups of youth participants.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Facilitate engaging, inclusive sessions that promote personal development, storytelling, and global awareness.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Track and maintain student attendance, engagement, and progress throughout the program.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Coordinate completion of pre- and post-program surveys and evaluations.</span></p></li></ul><h4 dir="ltr"><span>Outreach & Relationship Building</span></h4><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Conduct consistent outreach to parents and guardians to support student involvement and program retention.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Serve as the primary liaison between Sustainable Connexions International and participating youth/families.</span></p></li></ul><h4 dir="ltr"><span>Logistics & Budgeting</span></h4><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Identify, purchase, and manage supplies needed for program sessions, including photography equipment and classroom materials.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Create and monitor program-specific budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines.</span></p></li></ul><h4 dir="ltr"><span>Event Planning & Fundraising</span></h4><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Support the planning and execution of the annual Photography Showcase, highlighting student work.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Assist with securing sponsorships, fundraising, and increasing attendance for the showcase and other key events.</span></p></li></ul><h4 dir="ltr"><span>International Service-Learning Travel</span></h4><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Support trip planning, pre-departure preparation, and onsite program delivery in collaboration with international partners.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3 dir="ltr"><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></h3><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Experience working with youth (ages 12–18), particularly in community-based, educational, or arts-focused programs.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with youth and families from diverse backgrounds.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Background in photography or visual storytelling is </span><span>strongly preferred.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Experience with budget management and basic program logistics.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Comfortable with international travel and working cross-culturally.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3 dir="ltr"><span>Other Requirements:</span></h3><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Ability to lift and transport program materials.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span>Must pass a background check.</span><span><br><br></span></p></li></ul></span>
