An employee in this class reviews site designs, plans, specifications and other documents for feasibility, adherence to departmental and professional standards and practices, and compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. The employee may provide technical direction to lower level architectural projects coordinators. Contact with engineers, planners, architects, and representatives of civic, community and governmental organizations is a significant aspect of the work. Work is performed under the direction of a higher-level architect/ engineer.</p>
