<p>Location: On-Site in Syracuse, NY (HQ)</p> <p>Role Summary</p> <p>The Accounts Receivable Specialist will support our Accounting department by performing Rapid Responses critical collections and accounts receivable functions. In this role, you will be building relationships with our clients Accounts Payable teams by making calls, reviewing accounts, and discussing payments. By providing top-notch customer service and relationship building, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will ensure our accounts are in good standing.</p> <p>Pay Range: $22.00 Per Hour - $28.00 Per Hour</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts </li><li>Connect with designated customers daily who fall beyond the 30-day late mark for account monitoring </li><li>Composing and mailing notices, disconnection letters, customer notifications letters, etc. </li><li>Collaborate with management to identify issues attributing to account delinquency and propose solutions </li><li>Maintaining accounts through payment plans or financing </li><li>Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements </li><li>Support customers by discussing clients account/financial situations in order to come up with a mutually agreeable payment plan/settlement </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma </li><li>Proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Approximately 2+ years experience in an administrative, professional or customer service role </li><li>Associate's Degree </li></ul> <p>COVID-19 Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be vaccinated against COVID-19.
