<p>Job Title: Three's Program Lead Teacher (Full-Time), Lealman YMCA Preschool Academy</p> <p>Description: Are you passionate about early childhood education? We're looking for someone who's nurturing, energetic, and committed to creating a positive, safe, and enriching environment for toddlers.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver high-quality care and early education aligned with the YMCA's values: honesty, respect, responsibility and caring </li><li>Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities-arts & crafts, music, storytelling, outdoor play, and more </li><li>Support positive behavior and foster social-emotional growth </li><li>Supervise daily routines like meals, free play, and playground time </li><li>Build strong, positive relationships with families and conduct regular parent-teacher conferences </li><li>Maintain accurate classroom and program records </li><li>Participate in staff meetings, training, and family engagement events </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>At least 18 years old </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>CDA credential or a related college degree </li><li>Completion of DCF Introductory Child Care Training (Parts 1 & 2) </li><li>6 months to 1 year of preschool teaching experience </li><li>Able to lift up to 40lbs and actively engage with children both indoors and outdoors </li></ul> <p>Perks & Pay: Full-time, $16.00-$21.00/hour, based on experience.
