Find your future with us.</p> <p>The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2) to join our dynamic team in St. Charles, MO.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. </li><li>Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain. </li><li>Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers. </li><li>Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan. </li><li>Coordinates part number attributes. </li><li>Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system. Releases and maintains orders. </li><li>Documents and resolves order delinquencies. </li><li>Reports schedule adherence issues. </li><li>Applies developed solutions to inventory plans. </li><li>Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories. </li><li>Creates schedules for products and services. </li><li>Coordinates and supports process improvements. </li><li>Works under general supervision. </li></ul> <p>This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment. </li><li>1+ year of experience with scheduling experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment. </li><li>1+ year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher </li><li>Experience in Production Control and Material Management processes </li></ul> <p>Conflict of Interest:</p> <p>Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.</p> <p>Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:</p> <p>This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
