The Mental Health Therapy Aide functions as a participating member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team and assists in the implementation of treatment plans.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications: 1 year experience working with patients in a mental health therapy setting.</p> <p>The NYS Department of Civil Service has expanded the NY HELPS Program. During this program, the NYS Civil Service Exam requirements are suspended for the Mental Health Therapy Aide Title.</p> <p>Additional Comments Schedule based on a 40-hour work week.
