<p>Senior Sales Executive | Commercial Electrical Services & Projects</p> <p>Summary: As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for electrical services and project work. Your primary focus will be on engaging directly with end-users, building owners, and engineering partners to deliver tailored, code-compliant electrical solutions.</p> <p>This is a high-impact, individual contributor role ideal for a self-motivated sales leader who thrives on building lasting client relationships and navigating complex, consultative sales cycles. You'll collaborate closely with internal estimating, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional service delivery.</p> <p>Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 (DOE) + uncapped, performance-based commission</p> <p>Location: Greater Boston, MA</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance. </li><li>Generous PTO and Paid Holidays. </li><li>401K plan with 100% company match up to 4%. </li><li>Vehicle allowance, cell phone, and business expense reimbursements. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proactively develop and grow new business opportunities with commercial end users, facility managers, building owners, and engineering firms. </li><li>Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and relationship development to proposal creation, bidding, and contract close. </li><li>Deliver value-added solutions by understanding customer needs, safety standards, and compliance requirements. </li><li>Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate project scoping, timely proposals, and smooth handoffs to operations and project delivery. </li><li>Lead responses to RFPs and prepare proposals with a focus on strategic positioning and competitive differentiation. </li><li>Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade associations to build brand presence and client connections. </li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of Massachusetts commercial electrical market trends, regulatory updates, and emerging opportunities. </li><li>Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets and relationship development KPIs. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven success in business development within the commercial electrical or MEP services industry. </li><li>Expertise in consultative selling to end users and delivering engineered electrical solutions. </li><li>Strong understanding of NEX (National Electrical Code), local regulations, and safety standards. </li><li>Established network and working knowledge of the Massachusetts commercial and industrial markets. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. </li><li>Experience managing internal stakeholders and coordinating with cross-functional teams. </li><li>CRM proficiency required (Salesforce preferred). </li><li>Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. </li></ul> <p>Category Code: JN019, JN043</p>
