Sustainability & Philanthropy team is seeking a summer intern to help support key strategic goals and initiatives. The pay rate for this role is $25/hr.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities:</p> <p>Drive progress on net-zero roadmap:</p> <ul> <li>Support Climate lead in the development of executive materials that demonstrate progress against carbon reduction targets. </li><li>Leverage internal climate calculator to estimate CO2 impact of proposed supply chain and industrial initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Contribute to sustainability communication intended for employees and clients:</p> <ul> <li>Support Traceability Manager in drafting diamond communications that include updates to the Tiffany & Co. Diamond Craft Journey, Responsible Jewelry Council Certification and other relative initiatives as applicable. </li><li>Contribute to Sustainability Reporting including GRI and UNGC summary documents. </li><li>Contribute to preparing awards applications, documenting previous submissions. </li><li>Support in the drafting of internal employee education communications. </li><li>Assist Conservation Specialist in documenting volunteer activity impact summaries. </li></ul> <p>Provide additional Sustainability and Philanthropy strategic support as required.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, including experience creating and presenting PowerPoint documents. </li><li>Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, can synthesize information and offer recommendations/solutions. </li><li>Ability to independently manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong interest in sustainability concepts as well as emerging trends and concepts. </li><li>Well-developed interpersonal skills for interaction with key leadership functions. </li><li>Takes initiative and demonstrates ownership, works independently. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Coursework or relevant professional experience on corporate sustainability. </li><li>Experience conducting landscape analysis. </li></ul>
