<p>Duties</p> <p>? Teach 3rd Grade in alignment with Illinois and diocesan standards</p> <p>? Teach Religion in accordance with diocesan curriculum and Catholic doctrine</p> <p>? Design and implement engaging, standards-based lesson plans</p> <p>? Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners</p> <p>? Foster a structured, respectful, and faith-centered classroom environment</p> <p>? Assess student growth and maintain accurate academic records</p> <p>? Communicate professionally and consistently with parents and administration</p> <p>? Actively support the mission and values of Catholic education</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>? Bachelor's degree required</p> <p>? Valid Illinois teaching certification preferred</p> <p>? Practicing Catholic preferred for Religion instruction</p> <p>? Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills</p> <p>Salary/Benefits</p> <p>This position is a full-time, nine month contract with competitive</p> <p>benefits (https://www.diobelle.org/temporal-affairs/humanresources/employment-opportunities ) and a beginning salary range of $29,000 -</p> <p>$54,459.
