They collaborate with teammates and instructional assistants to ensure service objectives are met.</p> <p>Preschool Educators exercise excellent judgment for complex issues including behavior management, classroom management, and professional knowledge of child development expectations. Their decision-making has a measurable impact on service delivery and operational goals. Preschool Educators report to the assistant director and director or in some areas as needed</p> <p>General Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order. </li><li>Daily attendance of scheduled shift between 8:30-5:30. </li><li>Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social </li></ul> <p>development; such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and basic skills.</p> <ul> <li>Professional knowledge in promoting age appropriate learning; such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills. </li><li>Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, </li></ul> <p>and physical health.</p> <ul> <li>Decision making has a measurable impact on service delivery and operational goals. </li><li>Professional development and training as necessary to maintain and grow professional knowledge and skills.> </li></ul>
