Take your career to the next level with us!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Oversee the management of a portfolio of communities mostly throughout Michigan and surrounding areas.</p> <ul> <li>Execution of capital improvement plans. </li><li>Achieve occupancy goals and maximize rental rates. </li><li>Budget oversight, review and operating expense reconciliation. </li><li>Supervise on-site staff including hiring, disciplinary and termination decisions. </li><li>Coordinate with the Site Managers to develop marketing and leasing strategies. </li><li>Train and motivate on-site staff to ensure excellent customer service to residents. </li><li>Review operations at each property to ensure safe and efficient working environment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong financial analysis ability. </li><li>Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. </li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work from home. </li><li>Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment. </li><li>Ideal candidate must possess an associate's degree in field (or higher). </li><li>MUST have two (2) plus years of multi-site residential property management experience. </li><li>Certified Property Manager, candidate, or other industry specific designation is preferred. </li><li>Excellent management, leadership, communication, organization, time management skills. </li><li>Ability to communicate with staff and upper management via e-mail, phone/video calls, and texts. </li></ul> <p>Compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
