You'll have a front-row seat to the evolution of a mission-driven company, the opportunity to lead high-impact projects and influence strategic decisions, and be part of a collaborative, remote-first culture that values innovation and initiative.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <p>We're a strategy-driven team that turns ideas into impact - launching new products, leading go-to-market efforts, and using data to drive decisions, optimize performance, and scale operations across the company.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, validate, and launch new product offerings.</p> </li><li> <p>Define KPIs and success metrics for pilots and track performance post-launch.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and optimize go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing, sales, and product teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead data analysis to uncover insights that drive product and business decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Build dashboards and reports to monitor operational performance and identify improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and run regular business reviews to track progress against goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability across the organization.</p> </li></ul> <p>You should meet the following requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Based in New York City and available to work from our SoHo office at least three times per week.</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years of experience in startups, with a strong execution track record.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in a business operations, data analyst, or similar role.</p> </li><li> <p>Deep familiarity with serving B2C customers, understanding their behaviors, needs, and preferences.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communication in English and stakeholder management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem solver.</p> </li><li> <p>Passion for working at the intersection of strategy and execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.</p> </li><li> <p>Mediocrity is your enemy.
