<p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operate and train others to operate specific machines and equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee overall floor production in Pre-glazed Window Department</p> </li><li> <p>Report problems, accidents, and activity to the Foreman</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate performance and provide feedback</p> </li><li> <p>Approve or disapprove time off request forms</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure others are wearing all required PPE</p> </li></ul> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operate and maintain Window Department machinery</p> </li><li> <p>Pay close attention to quality and efficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Wear proper safety gear</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain inventory of material required to operate equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Help train new hires</p> </li><li> <p>Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines</p> </li><li> <p>All other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Organized and have an eye for detail</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to obtain a company forklift and overhead crane license</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to adapt to changing production priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to read a tape measure</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to read English and do basic math</p> </li><li> <p>Must have basic computer skills</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to properly utilize hand tools</p> </li><li> <p>Must work well on a team</p> </li><li> <p>2 years proven leadership experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Valid Driver's License</p> </li><li> <p>4 years Window Production or Construction experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Emmegi Quadra Machine</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Be able to lift up to 50lb frequently</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to team lift up to 80lb frequently</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to stand or walk up to 12 hours a day</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to walk, reach forward, and have bilateral hand coordination frequently</p> </li><li> <p>Must wear all required PPE</p> </li></ul> <p>APPLY NOW</p>
