<p>Position Overview</p> <p>Reporting to the Content Manager, Global Leadership Development, the Global Learning & Development Intern will support the administration and coordination of all Global Learning and Development programming. These include in-person and virtual offerings as well as micro-learnings, communications and marketing efforts for existing and new learning experiences.</p> <p>Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.</p> <p>Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour</p> <p>Key Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support and coordinate Global Learning & Development learning offerings (in-person and virtual). </li><li>Complete administrative tasks in support of Global Learning & Development offerings (Invoicing, proofreading, testing, etc.). </li><li>Communications and Marketing efforts for existing and new learning experiences, as well as reinforcement messages to support goals of job application and insight sharing. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Enrolled College Student or 2025 graduate </li><li>Strong written, verbal and presentation skills </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Strong problem solver, solution oriented, and agile </li><li>Possess a growth mindset </li><li>Team oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Project management experience. </li><li>Oracle experience. </li><li>Canva or Illustrator experience. </li><li>Comfortable presenting to large crowds. </li></ul>
