Take advantage of our tuition assistance and scholarship programs to grow both personally and professionally.</p> <p>Regulatory Coordinator Position Summary</p> <p>By working closely with the Principal Investigators, Sub-Investigators, Clinical Nurses, and all other research team members, and under the direction of the Director and Manager of Research Operations, administratively coordinates the regulatory requirements for research trials conducted through the Richard A. Henson Research Institute at TidalHealth. The Regulatory Research Coordinator conducts day-to-day activities involving multiple studies with respect to compliance, regulatory, study site initiation, monitoring and close out throughout the course of the research trials. The Regulatory Coordinator prepares, submits, and maintains regulatory documentation for clinical trials to ensure regulatory compliance. The Regulatory Research Coordinator provides guidance to the research team and investigators on matters regarding human subjects' research protection laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and ethical standards. This position will work collaboratively with a variety of personnel at all levels, including faculty, study team members, external institutions, cooperative groups, pharmaceutical industry, federal agencies, and other research organizations.</p> <p>Regulatory Coordinator Position Requirements</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field required. </li><li>Three (3) years of experience in related field may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Three (3) years of related experience in designing, implementing, and coordinating research studies is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Regulatory Coordinator Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Full-time salaried Monday-Friday with occasional weekends </li></ul> <p>Regulatory Coordinator Benefits</p> <ul> <li> <p>At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.</p> </li><li> <p>Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance plans, life insurance, paid time off plans, retirement plans, tuition assistance, employee assistance, and access to on-site childcare and a credit union.</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary range: $46,051.20 - $71,385.60 Commensurate with experience</p>
