This is a contract opportunity with our key chemical client. In this role you will be a part of our client's production team as a Production Operator and support the production of inorganic color pigments that are used worldwide for coloring in numerous industries such as construction, paints & coatings and plastics.</p> <p>Responsibilities;</p> <ul> <li>Charge, blend and package pigments as instructed by the blend, repackaging, or packaging sheets. </li><li>Troubleshoot equipment and make repairs commensurate with skill level. </li><li>Recognize defects in finished product such as lumps or streaking in finished product. </li><li>Prepare equipment for new blend by thoroughly cleaning to prevent cross contamination. </li><li>Complete all required company training. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>0-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment. </li><li>HS Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Position requires the selected candidate to possess a high degree of sensory attention and visual inspection of the product throughout the manufacturing process. </li><li>A valid driver license is required together with the successful completion of pre-employment drug and background checks. </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in the Production Operator in Burgettstown, PA please apply via the "apply now" link provided.</p> <p>Belcan is a leading provider of qualified personnel to many of the world's most respected enterprises.
