<p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Own and drive commercialization and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for therapy selection products within the oncology portfolio </li><li>Define and execute product strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to clinical needs and market opportunities </li><li>Monitor clinical trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to refine positioning and identify growth opportunities </li><li>Develop and present data-driven business cases, including market sizing, segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial forecasts </li><li>Translate voice of customer (VOC) insights into product requirements, features, and enhancements </li><li>Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to drive product development and execution </li><li>Drive product positioning, messaging, and launch strategy, including sales enablement and training materials </li><li>Partner with Market Access and Commercial teams to support adoption and optimize product performance </li><li>Track portfolio performance and continuously refine strategy based on market feedback and data insights </li><li>Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical partners to ensure alignment with evolving standards of care </li><li>Represent Myriad at industry conferences, customer engagements, and internal leadership forums </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD, or similar) preferred </li><li>12+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience in oncology diagnostics, genomics, or precision medicine </li><li>Direct experience within biotech or diagnostics, with a focus on oncology </li><li>Strong expertise in genomic technologies (e.g., NGS, comprehensive genomic profiling, precision oncology) </li><li>Experience with oncology biomarkers, therapy selection testing, or related clinical applications </li><li>Proven track record of owning and leading product commercialization and go-to-market strategy end-to-end </li><li>Experience launching clinical diagnostic products (e.g., LDTs, IVDs, or medical devices) </li><li>Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions </li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear product strategy and messaging </li><li>Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities </li><li>Willingness to travel up to 40% </li></ul> <p>Why Myriad</p> <p>We offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and long-term success:</p> <ul> <li>Medical plans with 100% covered preventive care, plus HSA/FSA with company contributions </li><li>12 weeks paid parental leave and employer-paid disability </li><li>Flexible discretionary time off (DTO) </li><li>401(k) with employer match and employee stock purchase program </li><li>Student debt repayment and milestone bonuses </li><li>Additional support for family, mental health, and wellness programs </li></ul> <p>#LI-PP1</p> <p>#LI-PP1</p>
