<p>Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Center Migration Leader to join our team.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead Data Center Migrations: Oversee the entire migration process, from planning and execution to post-migration support, ensuring minimal disruption to operations </li><li>Technical Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of data center technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud computing, to guide the migration process </li><li>Leadership and Oversight: Provide strong leadership and delegate tasks effectively, working closely with the Program Manager to ensure project success </li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, management, and third-party vendors, to ensure alignment and support throughout the migration process </li><li>Migration Methodologies and Tools: Apply your experience with various migration methodologies and tools to execute migrations efficiently and effectively </li><li>Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address any issues that arise during the migration process </li><li>Communication: Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with all stakeholders* Proven experience (minimum 7+ years) in data center migrations, including planning, execution, and post-migration support </li><li>Deep understanding of data center technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud computing </li><li>Strong leadership capabilities and ability to delegate tasks and provide oversight, in coordination with the Program Manager </li><li>Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, management, and third-party vendors, to ensure alignment and support throughout the migration process </li><li>Experience with various migration methodologies and tools </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing data center migrations, including planning, execution, and post-migration support </li></ul>
