<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Plainfield High School is looking for a teacher to run our Connections Program, which is a program designed to support regular education students who are struggling to be successful in school. The ideal candidate should be able to build relationships with students from a wide variety of backgrounds and require a unique approach to setting goals, addressing barriers to success, and realizing their potential. The program is undergoing changes next year and the new teacher would play an active role in building many facets of the program, including a possible work-based credit earning option for students. A teacher with any CT endorsement will be considered.
