This role offers significant leadership visibility and the opportunity to own a key product area that drives business growth.</p> <p>As the Product Manager you will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, and business partners-to deliver exceptional customer experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and a passion for digital innovation. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to keeping Chase Credit Cards at the forefront of the acquisitions landscape.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develops a product strategy and roadmap that delivers value to customers, with a focus on ensuring Chase is at leading edge of digital capabilities. </li><li>Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer problems, target customer segments, and solutions to solve those problems. </li><li>Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition. </li><li>Collaborate with design, engineering, research and marketing teams to drive new features and optimization of existing ones. </li><li>Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of initiatives. </li><li>Identify and champion new ideas across key customer journeys to increase customer satisfaction and engagement, and ensure consistency for the customer across channels. </li><li>Understand, manage, and communicate prioritization of features, with a mind toward user and business benefits and tradeoffs. </li><li>Manage stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met, set and manage expectations through effective written and oral communication </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in credit cards or digital banking </li><li>Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics </li><li>Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management </li><li>Experience collaborating with UX design and research </li><li>Demonstrable experience authoring business requirements, defining user stories and execution including bringing together cross functional teams within an Agile development framework </li><li>Experience in defining and building out product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog </li></ul>
