<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that guests are greeted, checked in and out efficiently, and allocated rooms promptly and courteously </li><li>Remain readily available at all times to deal with problems or guest/staff issues or concerns, using best judgement to resolve outstanding issues empathetically and in the best interest of both the guest and the resort </li><li>Circulate regularly throughout all areas, maintaining a high profile with guests and staff, while monitoring standards of performance with regard to these areas </li><li>Oversee the resort as the acting evening Manager on Duty </li><li>Confirm that reservations are noted accurately with regard to all special requests, concerns, etc. </li><li>Provide accuracy to all charges on guest's folio and address and/or correct discrepancies immediately </li><li>Guarantee that luggage is delivered to and collected from rooms accurately, in a timely manner </li><li>Enforce all internal policies with regard to accounting practices, incident reporting, etc. </li><li>"Protect the Asset" by reporting any safety concerns, maintenance issues, loss, missing, or stolen items to the department manager </li><li>Conduct regular On-the-Job training to sustain standards of performance </li><li>Verify that all staff are stationed and dressed accordingly at all times to the established grooming and behavioral standards </li></ul> <p>Team members may enjoy the following benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Plans </li><li>Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays </li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match </li><li>Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance </li><li>Life, AD&D, and Supplemental Insurances </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Resort Accommodation Discounts </li></ul> <p>Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities.
