You have to be open to working both days/weekends. Orientation would be 3-4 weeks, and either part-time or full-time hours.</p> <p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Performs continuous monitoring of cardiac rhythms from a centralized telemetry department.</p> </li><li> <p>Skillfully recognizes and interprets cardiac rhythms.</p> </li><li> <p>Completes measurement and documentation per policy and department standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively communicates with members of the care team regarding the rhythm interpretation.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides customer service including responding to frequent and potentially complex questions from internal and external customers in a timely, positive, and professional manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in supporting daily department workflow through effective coordination, communication, and prioritization of department activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates with biomedical and information services to maintain and troubleshoot electronic monitoring equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs daily inventory and cleaning of telemetry monitoring boxes.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma or GED preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Must be 18 years of age</p> </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance</p> </li><li> <p>Job classification is exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties</p> </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Climate controlled office setting</p> </li><li> <p>Interaction with department members and other healthcare providers</p> </li><li> <p>Frequent sitting with movement throughout office space • Use of computers throughout the work day</p> </li><li> <p>Frequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and fingers</p> </li></ul> <p>Position requires compliance with department specific competencies.</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours:</p> <p>4</p> <p>Scheduled FTE:</p> <p>0.1</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>ThedaCare Regional Medical Center - Appleton - Appleton,Wisconsin</p> <p>Overtime Exempt:</p> <p>No</p> <p>Worker Shift Details:</p> <p>Variable</p>
