<p>As a Senior Business Analyst at Sheetz, you will serve as a key partner across the business, working closely with stakeholders to turn ideas into well-defined and actionable project plans. You will help teams clearly articulate what they want to accomplish, why it matters, and how it should be delivered by defining scope and outcomes, identifying dependencies and impacted teams, assessing potential costs and benefits both hard and soft, and establishing realistic timelines.</p> <p>Success in this role requires a strong understanding of how the organization operates end to end, paired with genuine curiosity about how things work. You will bring strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, consultative approach, guiding partners through thoughtful discovery and ensuring their needs are clearly documented so projects are positioned for successful execution.</p> <p>OVERVIEW</p> <p>Lead the analysis, design, and planning of complex, cross-functional initiatives that impact multiple business units. Responsible for translating business strategy and operational needs into clearly defined requirements, business processes, and implementation plans. Provides thought leadership on solution design, ensures quality and consistency of deliverables, and mentors junior analysts across projects and business areas.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)</p> <ol> <li> <p>Partner with stakeholders to define project objectives, desired outcomes, scope, timelines, and success measures, including cost-benefits impact analyses.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead requirements gathering and analysis efforts by eliciting, documenting, and validating business, functional, and system requirements across complex initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze current-state business processes and workflows; identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; and define future-state processes, solution designs, and implementation approaches.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate business problems into logical process flows, models, and documentation to support solution design, prioritization, and decision-making; consult on design solutions and functionality decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate discussions with cross functional teams to align stakeholders, evaluate solution options, and develop a plan to provide cost and resource estimates for projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize system tools (ex. configuration editors, report generators, etc.) to support issue resolution, application enhancements and/or support evolving business needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate research, analysis, and evaluation activities to support project planning, cost modeling, and readiness for implementation.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with product discovery workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather business requirements and drive cross-functional alignment when beginning new projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and validate project deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with defined requirements and quality standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide mentoring and guidance to junior analysts, supporting skill development in requirements analysis, process design, stakeholder engagement, and professional growth.</p> </li></ol> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered.
