<p>Position Description:</p> <p>The Marketing Operations Coordinator position is responsible for supporting sales and marketing efforts for the enterprise. The incumbent is responsible for building and maintaining internal and external relationships which will contribute to the creation, production, and distribution of marketing strategies, advertising, promotional materials, public relations, and communications to help drive sales for and provide awareness of Ameritas.</p> <p>At Ameritas, our mission is Fulfilling Life. Because we believe everyone should be happy, healthy and financially secure, we work hard to provide trusted financial products and valued guidance, including individual life and disability insurance, employee benefits, retirement planning, investments, and wealth management services.</p> <p>Position Location:</p> <ul> <li>This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home. </li></ul> <p>What you do:</p> <ul> <li>Supports, and works closely with various enterprise-wide departments (sales, subsidiaries, marketing, customer relations, underwriting, actuarial, national accounts, business development, legal, compliance, and systems), alternate distributions, and publishing services to ensure efficient internal and external communications. </li><li>Helps coordinate multi-team projects to ensure all relevant parties are involved when needed. </li><li>Maintains a clear understanding of the Ameritas product lineup, potential products and opportunities in the marketplace. </li><li>Assists in product launches and messaging to necessary audiences. </li><li>Maintains marketing materials to support business and sales strategies. </li><li>Develops, coordinates, and distributes various internal and external communications, including new product announcements, product enhancements, line initiatives, etc. </li><li>Reviews marketing and sales materials. </li><li>Analyzes and measures the effectiveness and use of materials, and delivers data appropriately. </li><li>Researches new opportunities for delivery of materials, strategies, and concepts. </li><li>Researches new ways to optimize marketing processes and assists in implementing changes as needed. </li></ul> <p>What you bring:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required </li><li>0-2 years of related experience required </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <p>A meaningful mission.
