They work collaboratively with all healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans that support patient-centered plans of care for both individual patients and the medical community.</p> <p>Does this position require Patient Care? Yes</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day medical needs of patients in the intensive programs, such as taking vitals, drawing labs, administering breathalyzers, providing medical condition management and triage, and collaborating with the treatment team in shared medical case management.
