Join our team as a Production Supervisor and take charge of driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement in our Converting production area.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead & Coach: Supervise a diverse team, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to help them succeed. </li><li>Plan & Execute: Organize daily work schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure production goals are met. </li><li>Drive Safety & Quality: Maintain a safe work environment through inspections, training, and proactive safety measures. </li><li>Improve Processes: Champion continuous improvement projects to boost productivity, reduce scrap, and enhance product quality. </li><li>Collaborate: Serve as the communication link between employees, management, and other departments to keep operations running smoothly. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to understand and troubleshoot production processes and equipment. </li><li>Leadership Skills: Proven experience coaching and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Experience: 5+ years in plant operations and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. </li><li>Education: Associate's degree preferred. </li><li>Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
